Egg Chapati Frankie

Serves 1 people
This is a quick snack and healthy too.
Ingredients
● 1 Egg
● 1 Onion Chopped - Small size
● 1 Chapati (Fresh or Stale)
● 1 tsp Tomato ketchup
● 1 tsp Szechwan Chutney
● Salt (As per taste)
● ½ tsp Black Pepper
● ½ tsp Chat masala
● ½ tsp Soya sauce
● ½ tsp Vinegar
● ½ tsp Oil/Butter
Preparation
1. Apply Szechwan Chutney and Tomato ketchup on Chapati.
2. Take a Pan and add 1 tsp Oil/Butter.
3. Once the oil is heat, add sauce applied Chapati in Pan.
4. Break the egg, take it into a glass or bowl. Add half part of chopped onions, salt, and black pepper and mix it properly.
5. Add the egg on Chapati.
6. Turn Chapati and cook omelet properly for 2 minutes on slow flame. Take Chapati out of the pan or in a dish.
7. Add half part of onions and sprinkle chat masala. Add Soya sauce and Vinegar.
8. Roll Chapati and serve it.
Tips
If you don't have Vinegar and Soya sauce, then use ½ tsp lemon juice.
Use black pepper if you like spicy otherwise you can skip it.
You can add Cheese or Mayonnaise if you want.
