Green Chutney Recipe

Serves 4 people
You can serve this with Sandwich, Dosa, Idli, Bread Pakoda, etc.
Ingredients
8-10 Green Chilies
2 cup Coriander leaves
8-10 Black Pepper
7-8 Garlic Cloves
1 inch Ginger
5-6 Mint leaves
Salt (As per taste)
2 tsp Besan/Gram Flour
1 tsp Curd
2 Bread slice
1 Ice Cube
Preparation
Take a Mixer Jar.
Add Green Chilies, Coriander leaves, Black Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Mint leaves, Salt, Besan, Dahi, and Chopped bread slice.
To maintain temperature add 1 ice cube in a jar.
Blend until it's smooth.
Tips
Besan and Bread slice make chutney thick.
