Green Chutney Recipe

Serves 4 people

You can serve this with Sandwich, Dosa, Idli, Bread Pakoda, etc.

 

Ingredients

  • 8-10 Green Chilies

  • 2 cup Coriander leaves

  • 8-10 Black Pepper

  • 7-8 Garlic Cloves

  • 1 inch Ginger

  • 5-6 Mint leaves

  • Salt (As per taste)

  • 2 tsp Besan/Gram Flour

  • 1 tsp Curd

  • 2 Bread slice

  • 1 Ice Cube

Preparation

  1. Take a Mixer Jar.

  2. Add Green Chilies, Coriander leaves, Black Pepper, Garlic, Ginger, Mint leaves, Salt, Besan, Dahi, and Chopped bread slice.

  3. To maintain temperature add 1 ice cube in a jar.

  4. Blend until it's smooth.

 

Tips

Besan and Bread slice make chutney thick.
